Hey everyone! I'm a solo creator who does a lot of run-and-gun interviews at events and on the street. I currently use a Rode VideoMic Pro+ on my camera, but the audio quality suffers when I'm not close to the subject. I'm looking to step up to a wireless lav system but I'm on a tight budget (under $200). I've seen tons of ads for the DJI Mic 2 and the Rode Wireless Go II, but I'm not sure which one is better for my use case.
I need something that's reliable, easy to set up quickly, and has good range. I also want to be able to record a backup track directly on the transmitter, just in case. I'm using a Sony ZV-E10 with a 3.5mm input, so I don't need XLR or anything fancy. Any recommendations or experiences would be super helpful!
