Feeling the burnout after 3 years of daily uploads – how do you recharge without losing momentum?
Hey everyone, I've been uploading daily for the past 3 years (mostly tech tutorials and gear reviews), and I've hit a wall. I wake up dreading the editing session, my views are stagnant, and I'm starting to resent the very thing I used to love. I know consistency is key, but I'm afraid that if I take a break, my channel will die. How do you all handle burnout while still keeping your channel alive? Hey everyone! I've been uploading Shorts for a few months now, mostly gaming clips and reaction videos, but I keep noticing that my uploads look slightly softer or have a bit of banding compared to what I see in my preview window. I'm using Premiere Pro 2026 (latest build) and exporting at 1080x1920, 60fps. I've tried a few presets but nothing seems to nail the sharpness I want. I've read conflicting advice about bitrate and codec for Shorts. Some say H.264 is fine, others swear by H.265. Also, should I use VBR 2-pass or CBR?
