Hey everyone, I've been editing for about 2 years now and I've had a decent run so far. But my last three videos have performed way below my average, and I'm feeling completely drained. I sit down to edit and just stare at the timeline for an hour, then close the project. It's like my brain is telling me 'why bother, it won't get views anyway.' I know burnout is common, but I don't want to quit – I love creating. I just need some practical advice on how to break this cycle.
Has anyone else been through this? What do you do to get your motivation back when your numbers are dropping? Do you take a break, change your content, or just force yourself to edit even when you don't feel like it? I'd really appreciate some honest tips from people who've been there.
