Hey everyone, I've been running a small YouTube channel for about a year now, and I love the creative side of it—scripting, shooting, and even the editing. But I'm struggling with time management. I work a 9-to-5 job, and by the time I get home, I'm exhausted. I usually try to edit for an hour or two in the evening, but I often end up staring at the timeline without making progress. My uploads have become inconsistent, and I feel like I'm losing momentum.
I know many of you here probably have full-time jobs or other commitments, so I'm curious: how do you manage to stay productive and keep your channel alive? Do you have a specific routine, or do you batch your work on weekends? Any advice on avoiding burnout while still producing content you're proud of? Thanks in advance for any tips!
