I work a 9-to-5 job, and by the time I get home, I'm exhausted. I usually try to edit for an hour or two in the evening, but I often end up staring at the timeline without making progress. My uploads have become inconsistent, and I feel like I'm losing momentum.

I know many of you here probably have full-time jobs or other commitments, so I'm curious: how do you manage to stay productive and keep your channel alive? I feel your pain, man. I've been there. The key for me was switching to batching. Instead of trying to edit every night, I dedicate Sunday mornings to editing. I block out 4-5 hours, put on some lo-fi, and just grind. I also use a template in Premiere Pro for my standard intro/outro, which saves a ton of time.
