Feeling invisible after 6 months of consistent posting – how do you keep going?
I’ve been posting Shorts every single day for the past six months. I’ve tried different formats, hooks, and editing styles, but my channel is stuck at around 500 subscribers and my views rarely break 1k. I know the algorithm needs time, but I’m starting to feel like I’m just screaming into the void. I love making videos, but the lack of any growth is really draining my motivation. I’ve read all the advice about thumbnails, titles, and watch time, but nothing seems to move the needle. I’m starting to question if my content is just not good enough, or if I’m missing something fundamental. Has anyone else been through this? How do you keep your head up when the numbers don’t move? I don’t want to quit, but I also can’t keep pouring hours into something that feels invisible.

I know they share the same sensor and basically the same image quality, but the FX3 has the fan and the XLR handle, while the A7S III has the viewfinder. I’ve read that the FX3’s cooling allows unlimited recording in 4K 60fps without overheating, but the A7S III can also do that in most conditions now after firmware updates. I’m leaning toward the FX3 for its dedicated video features, but I’m worried about missing the EVF for bright outdoor shooting. Which one would you recommend for documentary work in 2026?
Dealing with a false copyright claim on a reaction video – what are my options?
Hey everyone, I run a small channel where I do commentary and reaction videos to movie trailers and short films. A few days ago, I uploaded a reaction to a popular indie short film trailer, and within hours I got a copyright claim from a company claiming they own the music in the trailer. The thing is, the trailer itself is freely available on YouTube and the filmmaker even encouraged reactions. The claim is blocking my video in several countries and I can't monetize it. I've already disputed the claim through YouTube Studio, explaining that my use is transformative commentary and falls under fair use. But I'm worried the claimant might reject it and then I'll have to deal with a copyright strike or even a lawsuit. Has anyone here successfully fought a false claim? Should I get a lawyer involved, or is there a simpler way to resolve this? Also, I've heard about filing a counter-notification – is that risky? Any advice would be hugely appreciated.
