How do you set your freelance rates for corporate video gigs without underselling yourself?

They asked for my day rate and I froze up — I quoted $300/day and now I'm worried I lowballed myself. How do you guys calculate your rates for this kind of work? Do you factor in gear rental, editing time, revisions? I feel like I'm leaving money on the table but I don't want to scare off clients.

I'm using a Sony A7 IV with a 50mm f/1.8 lens, shooting at 4K 24fps, with a shutter speed of 1/50. My lighting setup is two Neewer SL-60W LED panels with softboxes at 45 degrees, and a cheap RGB tube for a hair light. I grade in DaVinci Resolve using the standard Sony S-Log3 to Rec.709 LUT, then apply a bit of contrast and saturation. But the result still looks like cheap webcam footage – no depth, no pop. I've watched countless tutorials but can't pinpoint the issue. Is it my lighting, my lens, or my color grading? Any advice would be appreciated.
