Shorts blowing up but no subscribers – what am I doing wrong?
Hey everyone! I've been posting daily Shorts for about two months now. My last 10 videos have averaged around 50k views each, with a couple hitting 200k+. But my subscriber count has barely moved – I went from 1,200 to 1,400 in that whole time. It feels like the algorithm is pushing my content to the wrong audience or something. I'm a gaming channel, so I post funny clips with commentary. I have a call-to-action at the end of every video ("subscribe for more"), but it doesn't seem to help. I've also tried putting a subscribe link in the description and pinned comment. What am I missing? Is this normal for Shorts? Should I be doing something different to convert viewers into subscribers? Any advice would be awesome!

Hey everyone! I've been editing 4K footage for a client project and I'm hitting a wall with performance. My rig is a Ryzen 9 7950X, RTX 4090, 64GB RAM, and I'm editing from a fast NVMe SSD. Yet, in Premiere Pro 2026 (version 26.x), the timeline stutters like crazy when I scrub or play back. I've tried setting the preview resolution to 1/4, but it still feels laggy. I've also cleared my media cache and set it to a separate SSD. Is there something new in the 2026 update that I'm missing? Or is there a known issue with certain codecs? I'm editing Sony FX3 footage in XAVC S-I 4K (10-bit 4:2:2) and also some ProRes 422 HQ from a Ninja V. Any tips to make this buttery smooth would be a lifesaver!
