How do you handle client revisions without eating up your editing time?
I'm a freelance video editor and lately I've been drowning in client revision requests. I'll deliver a cut, get feedback, make changes, and then they come back with more tweaks—sometimes five or six rounds on a single project. I know revisions are part of the job, but I'm barely breaking even on some projects because of the extra hours. I've tried setting a revision limit in my contract (two rounds), but clients still push back and expect more. I'm thinking about charging for additional revisions or building a buffer into my initial quote, but I'm worried about scaring off new clients. How do you all handle this?
