Hey everyone, I've been creating content for three years now, posting at least one video every single day across YouTube and TikTok. It started as a passion project, but lately I'm feeling completely drained. I wake up dreading the editing, the algorithm updates are stressing me out, and I'm starting to resent my own channel. I know consistency is key, but I'm wondering if I'm sacrificing my mental health for the sake of the grind.
Has anyone else hit this wall? How do you push through burnout without losing your audience or your sanity? I've tried taking a week off, but I felt guilty the whole time and my views dipped, which made it worse. Any advice on finding a sustainable rhythm or shifting my mindset would be really appreciated.
